Key Responsibilities:Tropicana Brands Group is looking for a highly qualified Planning Resource to support the Supply Chain team to ensure the company’s goals and initiatives are met.
This role will be responsible for managing the replenishment of finished product for our growing Izze business produced out of 8 copack sites. Candidate will need to develop effective strategies and execution that maximizes product availability and performance at all DCs, copack and repacker sites at the lowest total system cost. To this end, Tropicana is looking for a critical thinker with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Responsibilities:

Additional Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Izze Finished Goods deployment and maintaining appropriate inventory levels for all DCs in the Ambient network
- Creates stock transfer loads and coordinates STO activity with Co-packers, Ambient DCs, and Transport
- Responsible for Naked Juice Coconut Water Co-Packer production and deployment planning
- Balances operational & logistics costs to produce optimal deployment plans
- Shares in the responsibility to ensure the key business objectives of customer fill rate, NCP waste reduction, and on time delivery are met
- Leverages SAP suite of planning tools in conjunction with additional reports and dashboards
- Able to work through difficult supply/service situations with Supply Chain and cross-functional partners
- Provide additional support for Izze production planning and material requirements planning as needed
- Coordinate with MRP Planners on production changes to ensure proper material requirements are met
- Partake in Innovation calls and ensuring proper setup on new items
- Support new product introductions, product discountenances and other special projects with Project Teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Supply Chain planning or execution
- MP, MRP, DRP, Customer Logistics or 3PL Supply Chain experience preferred
- Able to build relationships and extend influence over cross-functional operations teams
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to develop leadership, analytical, and fact-based decision making capabilities
- Demonstrated knowledge of materials requirements planning, manufacturing planning, ingredient specification, warehousing, transportation, and purchasing business functions
- Ability to lead projects; influence key collaborator’s; manage large sets of data
- Strong Analytical skills with proven ability to manipulate large data sets in Excel and Power BI
