Job Title: SAP Sales and Service Cloud Lead (CRM)-Remote

Position Overview:

The SAP Sales and Service Cloud Lead will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and integration of SAP Sales and Service Cloud solutions within the broader SAP S/4HANA environment. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP Sales and Service Cloud functionalities, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless and efficient system.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership:

Lead the implementation and integration of SAP Sales and Service Cloud solutions with SAP S/4HANA.

Manage the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP Sales and Service Cloud implementation and integration projects.

- Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA and its integration with SAP Sales and Service Cloud.

- Proven track record of leading SAP projects, from planning through execution.

- Deep understanding of CRM processes, customer service operations, and sales management.

- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- SAP Certification in Sales and Service Cloud and/or S/4HANA.

- Experience in the [specific industry, if applicable].

- Prior experience with SAP Commerce Cloud is a plus.
