About the Role: The Sales Support Admin will assist the sales team with administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and efficient communication with clients. This role involves managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and supporting the sales team to achieve their targets.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules, preparing reports, and coordinating meetings.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, providing timely and accurate information.
• Process sales orders, ensuring all details are accurate and entered into the system promptly.
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
• Assist with the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
• Monitor and track sales metrics, generating reports for management.

Qualifications:
