We are seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual (Spanish/English) Recruiting Coordinator to support recruiting efforts for LI-related roles. This position is 100% onsite with some flexibility in hours, operating Monday through Friday. This position is 100% onsite with some flexibility in hours, operating Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment coordination, strong clerical skills, and a thorough understanding of compliance in interview practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate recruitment activities for roles in the plant and distribution center, including setting up interviews and managing candidate schedules.
- Conduct pre-employment processes such as background checks, drug screens, physicals, and respirator testing.
- Answer employee and candidate inquiries via phone and provide exceptional customer service.
- Perform clerical duties, including maintaining organized documentation and supporting administrative needs.
- Use Oracle ATS to manage recruitment workflows and candidate records.
- Work on approximately 4-5 requisitions simultaneously while meeting performance metrics, including conducting 5 phone screens per day.
- Ensure compliance with hiring regulations, particularly understanding questions that cannot be asked during interviews.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in recruitment coordination or a related field is required.
- Familiarity with Oracle ATS or similar systems is preferred.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices for interview compliance.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, with some flexibility in hours. This role is fully onsite.
