This role will support the US Intermediary business, consisting of Wealth Management and Retirement accounts and representing over $650B in AUM. The Wealth Management distribution group strives to build strong long-term relationships through outstanding customer service and a comprehensive suite of investment management solutions to our diverse client base which include Banks, Broker/Dealers, RIA, TAMP’s, and Intermediary Platform providers throughout the United States. This position offers a unique opportunity to expand and deepen T. Rowe Price’s significant presence in the advisor sold market by ensuring excellent client service across all T. Rowe Price’s Alternative products. About the Job: The position is part of the Global Alternatives Distribution team and will report to Director of Alts Client Service. This role is directly responsible for supporting the distribution of alternatives products and will work closely with peers on partner teams which include USI - Wealth Management (WM) and Oak Hill Advisors (OHA). This is a sales enablement role, partnering with Alternative Investment Specialists and cross channel generalist wholesalers to facilitate sales of alternative products. The role has location flexibility. Job Summary & Responsibilities: Primary point of contact to support various sales teams with technical aspects of sales execution of Alternative products. This includes detailed knowledge of distribution arrangements in the industry & connectivity with T. Rowe Price and clients (Custodians, TAMPs, Digital Platforms). Subject matter expert for distribution teams on operational components related to delivery of Alts products across all Wealth channels. Assisting with client onboarding, including support of Alternatives distribution technology platforms and custodian recognition. Work with internal teams to address data and reporting challenges. Maintain and monitor transaction pipeline to ensure a smooth trading experience. Ensure highest quality post-trade servicing. Job Requirements: Required: Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience Prior experience in alternative sales enablement or product management Minimum of 5 years of Alts experience In-depth knowledge of operations for Alternatives products such as interval funds, BDCs, Non-traded REITS, private funds, etc. Experience with the U.S. investment distribution landscape including Custodians, Broker/Dealers, Registered Investments Advisors, Banks and Retail Platforms Understands Alts digital distribution / technology platforms Exceptional communication skills including written, verbal, and delivering presentations Strong organizational, time management, and relationship management skills Preferred: Series 7 & 63 preferred; must obtain within 3 months of hire FINRA Requirements FINRA licenses are required and will be supported for this role (Please see in under job requirements). Work Flexibility This role is eligible for remote work. Regional Requirements: Base salary range: $102,000 - $185,000 USD for the locations of: Colorado, the State of Washington, California and New York Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
