MANUFACTURING CUSTOMER SERVICE POSITION DETAILS –

Responsible for providing product/services information, answering questions, and resolving any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency. Must have the ability to actively listen to customers when they relay issues and then develop an agreeable solution to appease the client. Must have working knowledge and understanding of Company products and their applications, and manufacturing processes.

Day shift: Monday-Thursday 6:30 am to 5 pm, Friday overtime as required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Manage day-to-day customer relations, providing proactive support to our customers and sales team.

· Assists with resolution or escalate as needed customer concerns including customer complaints.

· Assist with processing customer orders.

· Analyze customer/supplier/order data.

· Maintain an in-depth knowledge of applicable procedures, policies, and applicable software packages.

· Establishes and nurtures excellent customer and supplier relations.

· Provides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.

· Partners with the sales team to meet and exceed customers service expectations.

JOB EXPERIENCE & SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

· Knowledge of metal/welded/tube bending manufacturing is helpful.

· Strong written and oral communication skills.

· Strong initiative and ability to work independently.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.

· Prior project management experience is helpful.

· Proven ability to use sound, practical judgment.

· Ability to effectively cope with change, shift gears comfortably.

· Ability to develop cooperative working relationships across the organization.

· Significant interaction with customers, vendors, and co-workers requires excellent communication skills; both verbal and written.

Experience and Education Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent required.

· Two years of manufacturing experience or knowledge in metal/welded/tube bending fabrication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
