The Coordinator of Early College Programs at Troy University will facilitate and expand dual
enrollment pathways for high school students. This role is responsible for planning, promoting,
and managing partnerships with local high schools to create early college access opportunities.
The coordinator will work closely with administrators, faculty, students, and community partners to ensure successful implementation and growth of these programs.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, Public Administration, or other related field;
2. Minimum of one year K-12 or higher education experience, ideally in an academic program
management or admissions/student services role
3. Experience working with high school students and/or dual enrollment initiatives
4. Willingness to travel and attend events outside normal business hours (approximately 5% of the time)
5. Excellent interpersonal, oral, written, and presentation communication skills
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
7. Must have transportation, current valid driver’s license, maintain commercial auto insurance
eligibility requirements
