- Hospital located in Eastern Nebraska is looking for travel RN's in their HVI (Cardio/General ICU/PCU/MedSurg combined Unit) - Generalist ICU and PCU experience accepted.
- PCU patients and ratio will be expected.
- This is an ASAP need.
- 13 weeks, 48 hour contracts.
- Job Requirements
- ACLS, BLS, NIHSS - Required
- ICU experience required but CVICU preferred
- RN's - Pass/Fail exam on Friday during orientation.
- OPEN BOOK exam on skills learned - Must receive a 90% to pass.
- Schedule Information
- Cyclic staff scheduling
- 12 hr nights
- Candidates can work with the scheduler when they report but they are looking for flexible travelers.
- Unit Specific Information
- Impella, ballon pump, ventilators, BIPAP, CPAP
- amio, nitro, nicardapine, epi, cardizem.
- Multiple other cardiac medications for blood pressure management
- Patient ratio varies depending on acuity: 1:2 for ICU, 1:4 for PCU, 1:5 for med surg
- Additional Details
- Heart and Vascular Institute 5th floor CUMC Bergan Mercy
- Universal Care: Varying levels of care ICU, PCU, Med Surg cardiac and vascular patient
- Navy scrubs
- Auto Offer based off of profile.
- RTO needed upfront (7 or less days required per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved including after submission.
