Requirements:

• TX is is part of the PT compact privilege states
• 2 Years experience in field
• Must have out patient Physical Therapy experience
• Orthopedic experience
• Neuromuscular experience
• Aquatic experience
• AHA BLS
• Experience with Mckenzie preferred

Other Details:

• Charting System-Cerner
• COVID-19 vaccine required. Religious and Medical exemptions will be considered per hospital policy
