The Role:

As a Night Auditor , you're not just closing out the business day, you’re ensuring out guests have a peaceful night and their stay is seamless and secure.

**This posiiton is for 3 nights a week, with Sunday, Monday, Tuesday availability preferred.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct end-of-day accounting procedures, reconciling guest accounts, and ensuring financial accuracy.
• Perform night audit functions to verify the accuracy of guest accounts and address any discrepancies.
• Provide exceptional guest service to night-time arrivals and those requiring assistance during late hours.
• Monitor the hotel's security and safety systems to ensure the well-being of all guests.
• Collaborate with the front desk team to ensure a smooth transition between night and day operations.
• Embrace the challenge of keeping our hotel running smoothly during the quiet hours of the night.

Your Skills and Style:

• Your attention to detail is unwavering – you ensure that every guest's stay is seamless.
• Diligence and organization are your hallmarks – you maintain financial accuracy and guest satisfaction.
• Previous experience as a Night Auditor or in front desk operations is a plus, but we welcome candidates with a strong work ethic.
• You excel in a quiet, overnight hotel environment, providing top-notch service with poise.
• Strong communication skills ensure effective coordination with the front desk team and night-time guests.
