- Build and develop Relationships within Kroger and targeted Key Account, conducting yearly strategy sessions to build distribution plans and promo calendars.
- Work with distributors to grow our business at key accounts.
- Own and oversee forecasts, build and oversee trade budgets to grow distribution and accelerate sales, and leverage data for critical selections around forecasts, P &L, and presentations.
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales revenue expectations.
- Partner internal resources to ensure on time delivery and replenishment, instituting key KPIs to ensure customer metrics are met.
- Partner cross functionally with Ops, BI, Finance, Marketing, Private Label, and ESG teams to deliver our message and service our customers.
- Contest internal business requests and think Omni to enhance overall strategy and performance.
- Bachelor of Business Administration or equivalent field experience; MBA is considered an asset.
- Experience with P&L accountability and a demonstrated history of success in achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Minimum 3 years of Kroger HQ accountabilities, and other accounts are a plus.
- Working knowledge of syndicated data and 84.51.
- Working knowledge of key retailers and distribution partners in US is a plus.
- Passionate about accelerating business growth while advocating for environmental sustainability, sustainable living, and eliminating household plastic use.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with and influence administration and cross-functional teams.
- Strong computer skills, in Microsoft Office, and other relevant software tools.
- Ability to travel on a flexible schedule on a regular basis, including crossing the US-Canada border, up to 100%.
- Flexible availability for weekend work and adeptness in fast-pace startup setting.
