Position Overview

PAID MEDIA MANAGER

TruGreen is seeking a Paid Media Manager with expertise in planning, executing, and optimizing advertising campaigns across digital media platforms. This role is pivotal in driving our digital advertising strategy, particularly in the areas of CTV, YouTube, Display, and Audio.

MARKETING CAMPAIGN MANAGER

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Campaign Manager to oversee and execute strategic marketing campaigns that align with TruGreen's brand messaging while driving performance and achieving key business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing fully integrated multi-channel campaigns, optimizing performance, and ensuring creative materials resonate with our target audiences.

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

TruGreen is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. As the Social Media Manager at TruGreen, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our online presence, fostering community engagement, and driving brand demand through compelling content and impactful campaigns. You will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies that resonate with our target audience, utilizing various social media platforms to strengthen our brand identity, drive demand and promote our services.

Responsibilities

PAID MEDIA MANAGER

Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies for CTV, YouTube, Display, and Audio to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.

Collaborate with agency partners, ensuring clear communication, shared goals, and effective campaign execution while maintaining alignment with the company's brand and objectives.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices specific to CTV, YouTube, Display, and Audio advertising, leveraging these insights to enhance campaign performance.

Effectively manage and allocate advertising budgets, making data-driven decisions to optimize ROI across all channels and agency partnerships.

Regularly analyze campaign performance metrics, leveraging data and insights to refine strategies, improve ad content, and enhance targeting.

Research and test partnerships with new vendors to expand our reach and/or lower cost-per-acquisition

Oversee the performance of media campaigns, analyzing data and making adjustments to optimize results.

Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize copy, visuals, targeting, and messaging to drive better results.

Monitor and analyze competitors' advertising efforts and identify opportunities for improvement and differentiation.

Collaborate with other marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency across all channels.

MARKETING CAMPAIGN MANAGER

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns aligned with business goals across a mix of digital and traditional channels.

Ensure all campaign creative materials align with TruGreen's brand guidelines, messaging, and values while maintaining consistency across various touchpoints.

Oversee the development and management of the campaign calendar, ensuring alignment with overarching marketing and business strategies.

Manage external agencies and partners, providing clear briefs, overseeing campaign development, and ensuring deliverables are on brand, on time, and on budget.

Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to assess campaign performance, make data-driven decisions, and continuously optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including media, content, retention and product to ensure cohesive and integrated campaign execution.

Conduct market research, stay updated on industry trends, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and refine marketing strategies.

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

Develop and curate engaging and visually appealing content across multiple social media platforms.

Create multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, aligned with TruGreen's brand voice and values.

Collaborate with external agencies to ensure cohesive and impactful campaign and creative execution.

Plan and execute effective social media content to drive brand awareness and demand for TruGreen's services.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with broader marketing and business objectives.

Utilize trending topics to enhance the visibility of TruGreen in the online space.

Foster a sense of community among TruGreen's audience by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments, and participating in relevant conversations.

Implement strategies to grow and strengthen TruGreen's social media community.

Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and content.

Provide regular reports and insights to guide future social media strategies.

Education and Experience Requirements

PAID MEDIA MANAGER

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, economics, or a related field.

Proven experience (3 years) in digital advertising, with a focus on CTV, YouTube, Display, Audio channels, and managing agency partnerships.

Proficiency in ad tech and media planning tools.

MARKETING CAMPAIGN MANAGER

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, economics, or a related field.

Proven track record with 3 years managing marketing campaigns with a focus on digital marketing.

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, economics, or a related field.

Proven track record with 7 years managing social media channels and strategy

Pay Ranges$65,979.00 - $109,965.00

This range is based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. In addition to monetary compensation, we offer benefits, including Medical/Dental/Vision insurance and Company-matching 401(k) in addition to other programs and perks.
