We are seeking an experienced Senior Global Payroll Analyst to join the dynamic team at our growing client, one of the leading Real Estate Investment Firms in the San Diego area. In this role you will perform key payroll duties, such as accounting, auditing, and reviewing processes for the US and globally. This is a direct hire opportunity with the option to work a hybrid schedule.

Salary: $90K-$105K Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Assist with full cycle payroll processing for multiple countries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Oversee tax reconciliation processes to ensure accurate withholding and reporting.
• Process equity transactions, RSUs, and ESPP, ensuring timely and accurate execution and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Handle payroll accounting tasks, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations, to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of payroll data to identify and address errors, discrepancies, and potential areas for improvement.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in global payroll administration, preferably in a multinational company.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, regulations, and compliance requirements across multiple countries.
• Proficiency in payroll software and systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Understanding of Payroll Accounting procedures
• Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or any related field
