Customer:
- Project a positive, helpful and professional attitude to our customer.
- Back up receptionist per policies and procedures.
Accounting:
- Print daily posting reports.
- Balancing daily cash with multiple locations.
- Make necessary corrections to reports and post to general journal.
- Processing payments and adjustments.
- Responsible for Accounts Receivable for multiple locations.
- Future growth and learning of credit and collections.
Qualifications
- Should be capable of lifting up to 45 lbs.
- Must have ability to run 10-key machine by touch.
- Must have efficient typing skills.
- Dress code per employee handbook.
