Truck Center Companies is Hiring a TRUCK SALES COORDINATOR Near Lincoln, NE
PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS:
- Project a positive, helpful, and professional attitude to our customer.
- Prepare truck paperwork for customer’s arrival or transfers (warranty books, delivery receipt, etc.).
- Make payoffs on new trucks and trades. Get titles, release liens, and file in truck file.
- Verify funds on account with bank on customer checks before mailing title or MSO to customer.
- Verify insurance on finance deals.
- Truck Files – File Warranty Registration, file rear axle warranty, make up FET sheet, file tax forms, total cost sheets, book trades, update used truck book.
- Manually update truck inventory daily. Print computer copy each week and distribute copy to sales manager.
- When transferring trucks from one location to another, type delivery receipt, issue dealer plate, take copy of complete file to send to new location. Check in driver expenses and post to truck files daily.
- Keep track of all dealer plates going in and out.
- Type deposit slip daily.
- Track all deposits to truck for floor plan. Make sure payoffs are done in a timely manner.
- Physical inventory of trucks monthly. Call each location to check on trucks unless inventory received.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS FOR JOB:
1. Should be capable of lifting up to 45 lbs.
2. Must have ability to run 10-key calculator by touch.
3. Must have typing skills and/or data processing experience.
4. Will be required to perform physical truck inventory on truck lot. This will include verifying truck serial numbers by doors and possibly climbing into trucks regardless of weather conditions.
5. Dress code per policy information booklet.
