The Parts and Inventory Manager will have overall responsibility of the acquiring, storing, dispositioning, and record keeping of parts associated with the Truck Crane Solutions company. The individual will be focused on both customer satisfaction, timeliness and accurate recording of inventory. Duties will include: * Locate, order, and provide correct parts, accessories and merchandise * Ensure profitability of parts and inventory business processes * Improve and maintain parts department appearance and organization * Maintain control of parts costs, system sourcing, and location/storage * Maintain physical inventory reports are accurate in ERP system * Maintain and provided consistent watch on purchase orders (POs) through the ERP system; requiring POs be issued for all orders/purchases at time of order, assuring correct PO is recorded on all invoices, assuring recorded inventory is incremented and decremented accurately with Purchase Orders and Sales Orders. * Oversee training for parts personnel * Become knowledgeable of and maintain all company policies and procedures * Adhere to all safety and environmental protocols Company Description Truck Crane Solutions has been in business since 2005 with headquarters in Baltimore, MD.
