Orientation Bonus : $1,000 - $500 paid 30 days after certification and $500 paid 60 days after certification.

Compensation :

• Weekly Pay : $1,400 - $1,600
• Average Company Driver Pay : 77 CPM
• Starting CPM for Company Flatbed Drivers : 60-65 CPM (based on experience)

Training & Development :

• Learn how to properly secure over-dimensional loads.
• Gain experience working with pilot cars and police escorts.
• Receive the support and training needed to become a heavy haul truck driver.

Requirements :

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid Class A CDL driver's license.
• Minimum of six months of verifiable OTR flatbed experience.
• Must meet DOT requirements.
• A stable, verifiable work history and an acceptable driving record. (No SAP Drivers)
