Join our team as a Concession Worker and be a part of creating memorable experiences for our customers. As a Concession Worker, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our concession stand. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while contributing to the success of our concession operations.

Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing concession items
- Prepare and serve food and beverages in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Operate POS systems to process transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the concession stand
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
- Uphold high standards of food handling and sanitation practices
- Provide friendly and efficient service to enhance customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow

Requirements:
- Prior experience in food service or retail is a plus
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems preferred
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented approach
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines and regulations
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/move items as needed
