Reports To: VP of Healthcare Operations

Job Summary

The Project Manager will be pivotal in overseeing and coordinating various projects across different departments within True Ventures Group. This role involves planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget, acquiring resources, and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning and Management: Develop comprehensive project plans that are shared with stakeholders and other staff members.

Scope and Schedule Management: Define project scope and deliverables, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Resource Management: Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

Stakeholder Management: Communicate with stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure project alignment with organizational goals.

Risk Management: Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

Performance Tracking and Reporting: Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.

Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects are delivered with a high standard of quality, adhering to relevant healthcare regulations and standards.

Documentation and Compliance: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.

Additional Responsibilities

IT Projects: Manage IT-related projects, including App deployment, software development, system upgrades, and network enhancements.

HR Projects: Participate in HR initiatives such as assisting with the implementation of our new HR system, employee training programs, and benefit-related projects.

Marketing Projects: Assist with marketing campaigns, brand development initiatives, and digital marketing projects

Administrative Projects: Coordinate administrative functions, including office management, process improvements, and internal communications.

Operations Projects: Coordinate operations in both field and office locations, including identifying and implementing process improvements, as well as internal communications.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

A minimum of 5 years of project management experience in a healthcare or related setting.

Proven experience managing a team and leading projects to successful completion.

Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.

Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Monday.com).

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

PMP or other relevant project management certification is preferred.
