Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Supervisor to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and to high quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise construction projects from start to finish
- Manage on-site construction activities, including scheduling, quality control, and safety
- Communicate project progress to stakeholders and address any issues that arise
- Collaborate with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and suppliers to ensure project success
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Prolog for project tracking and reporting
- Implement and enforce project schedules and deadlines
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets project specifications
- Oversee construction site logistics, including material deliveries and equipment management
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction management or a related field
- Proficiency in project scheduling, quality control, and construction estimating
- Familiarity with construction management software tools
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of contract management and construction site operations
