Position SummaryTrue Legacy Homes is a rapidly growing company working to relieve the burden families in life transition endure during the liquidation of their family property. With the aging of the baby boomers, there is a massive opportunity ahead of us. The Retail Associate position is responsible for the retail operations of the Estate Sale business including setup and merchandising, customer service, sales, and breakdown of events.
Compensation: $17.50-$19.85/hour
Status: Full-Time /Hourly/Non-Exempt
Schedule: Rotating days off.
Shift: Day
Location: Orange County, CA
Minimum Requirements
Work EnvironmentWork may involve exposure to dirt, dust, fumes, loud noise, or chemicals, etc.

Minimum Requirements
- Experience working in a retail store ringing up customers, merchandising, and other related duties preferred.
- Experience with customer service preferred.
- Manage the preparation and operation of the Estate Sale.
- Stock supplies at the sale.
- Assisting prep & price of sale items.
- Work with team members to stage, prep, and price items for sale.
- Photograph items in the sale.
- Generate an itemized list of items.
- Create and hang signage throughout the home.
- Break down and clean up the sale after it is over.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and customers.
- Other job-related duties as assigned.
- Must have a high level of integrity that is evident to clients and employees.
- Ability to work efficiently.
- Provide outstanding customer service.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Work EnvironmentWork may involve exposure to dirt, dust, fumes, loud noise, or chemicals, etc.
Physical RequirementsDefinitions
- Constantly: 67% to 100% of the time
- Frequently: 34% to 66% of the time
- Occasionally: 6% to 33% of the time
- Seldom: 0% to 5% of the time
- Frequent Tasks: Sitting in normal position, standing for long periods, moving/walking about, ability to talk and hear, lifting and carrying under 50 pounds.
- Occasional Tasks: lifting and carrying over 50 pounds, reaching over head, repetitive motion, and hands reaching out.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment physical at one of our contracted Concentra Occupational Health locations.
