Responsibilities

• Provide clients with weekly reports on their listing status, ensuring exceptional customer service
• Prepare and present listing presentations to sellers, highlighting key selling points and proposed asking prices
• Acquire new leads from sales agents and proactively reach out to set up listing appointments
• Maintain regular communication with clients, offering feedback on their property listings to improve customer service ratings
• Coordinate with home inspectors and realtors to schedule inspections, open houses, and showings

Qualifications

• Ability to complete tasks quickly and efficiently
• Team player with a strong belief in collective success
• In-depth knowledge of the real estate industry and ability to conduct accurate market research
• Proficiency in using or quickly learning Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
• Possession of a valid real estate license
• Must have at least 10 listings sold in the past 12 months

Pay: $74,373.00 - $91,973.00 per year
