What You'll Do:
  • Tech Setup Maestro: Install, configure, and set up workstations, printers, and all peripherals to ensure our team has the tools they need. Your expertise will keep our tech infrastructure running smoothly!
  • Account Guru: Be the go-to person for user support, assisting with everything from troubleshooting network issues to setting up workstations and user accounts in Active Directory and Office 365.
  • First-Line Responder: Provide first-level support via phone or email, offering clear and effective solutions to customer issues.
  • Security and Connectivity: Apply your solid understanding of IT security and network protocols to resolve issues and enhance our systems. You'll be instrumental in keeping our digital environment safe and efficient.
  • Problem Solver: Track, route, and redirect problems to the correct resources, ensuring swift resolution.
  • Project Contributor: Take on specific projects as assigned, contributing your skills to various initiatives.
  • IT Security Expert: Leverage your knowledge of IT security to protect our systems and data.
What You Bring:
  • Detail-Driven Pro: You're organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Independent & Collaborative: You can work independently but also thrive in a team environment.
  • Experienced Troubleshooter: With over 2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role, you have a knack for resolving network issues and hardware problems.
  • Certification Ready: A , Sec , or Network certification is a bonus, but your passion for IT is what sets you apart.
  • Network Savvy: You understand network protocols like DNS, DHCP, HTTP, FTP, SSH, and SMTP, and can troubleshoot network adapter issues.
  • Windows & Mac Pro: You've got experience with both Windows 10 and Apple workstations and can handle a variety of OS-related problems.
  • Microsoft Office Whiz: Proficient in Microsoft O365 Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), you know these tools inside out.
  • Innovative Thinker: Always on the lookout for new methods and principles to improve IT practices.
Your Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
  • Communication Ace: You have strong written and verbal communication skills, making technical jargon accessible.
  • Documentation Guru: Experience with technical writing and process documentation is a plus.
  • Proactive Learner: You're confident in self-teaching and finding solutions independently.
