What will you do?

• Coordinate and supervise all construction activities
• Direct all field personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget, and with quality workmanship that conforms to plans and specifications
• Create, maintain critical path method (CPM) construction schedule and site logistics plan.
• Order materials and schedule inspections as necessary
• Manage all trade scopes of work
• Manage self-performed work scopes with Truebeck labor
• Maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, building engineers, and inspectors
• Supervise completion of punch lists
• Promote job site safety, encourage safe work practices, a clean jobsite, and rectify job site hazards immediately 

Your Experience

• 5 years’ experience on ground-up projects in 2 or more of our market segments
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Has knowledge and experience with all trades scope of work
• Well-developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to manage diverse personalities 
• OSHA 30 certified, or willingness to obtain
• Experience with the following software is preferred; Microsoft Project (P6), Excel, and Bluebeam/Adobe.
• Union environment experience preferred
• Trade Foreman experience preferred
• In-depth knowledge and experience of formwork systems
• May require appropriate Craft Certifications

 Range of base pay is $155,000-$220,000.
