What You'll Do as the Workers' Compensation Attorney:
Represent clients in workers' compensation cases
Conduct legal research and analysis
Draft legal documents and correspondence
Appear at hearings and trials
Negotiate settlements
Manage a caseload of workers' compensation matters
Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals
You'll Succeed as the Workers' Compensation Attorney if you Have:
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in Illinois (Indiana licensure is a plus)
2 years of experience in workers' compensation and personal injury defense (for Associate level)
6 years of experience in workers' compensation and personal injury defense (for Partner level)
Strong analytical and legal writing skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
