What You'll Do as the Workers' Compensation Attorney:

• Represent clients in workers' compensation cases

• Conduct legal research and analysis

• Draft legal documents and correspondence

• Appear at hearings and trials

• Negotiate settlements

• Manage a caseload of workers' compensation matters

• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals

You'll Succeed as the Workers' Compensation Attorney if you Have:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school

• Active license to practice law in Illinois (Indiana licensure is a plus)

• 2 years of experience in workers' compensation and personal injury defense (for Associate level)

• 6 years of experience in workers' compensation and personal injury defense (for Partner level)

• Strong analytical and legal writing skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
