VP, Finance – High Growth Private Equity

Our client is a lower middle market custom manufacturing business serving a broad customer base in the health/medical product sector. This private equity sponsored business is seeking a VP, Finance to partner with the CEO and management team to drive the business to the next level.

You will be working to implement a sound finance and accounting platform to provide the foundation for an aggressive growth strategy with both acquisitive and organic growth initiatives. You will oversee the finance, accounting and human resources functions. This is a hands-on environment where you will be involved in the details as well as at the strategic level with key mandates being to upgrade financial reporting and operational KPI dashboards, overhaul systems for cost accounting and inventory management and manage due diligence and integration plans for new acquisitions.

The ideal candidate will have strong multi-location manufacturing and distribution experience with a demonstrated ability to support productivity across all levels of the organization. This role will be called on to consolidate entities, implement robust reporting capabilities and to oversee all M&A activity including full integrations as a strategic partner to the CEO and financial sponsors.
