Responsibilities:
The EHR (Electronic Health Record) Analyst is responsible for supporting and optimizing the EHR system (Credible/Qualifacts)
Configuring, maintaining and improving EHR systems to ensure that they meet the needs of healthcare providers and comply with regulatory requirements
Work closely with multiple departments to ensure the EHR system is efficient, reliable, and user-friendly.
Configure and customize EHR systems to align with clinical workflows and organizational requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the EHR system.
Escalate technical issues to appropriate vendors
Provide user support and training
Generate and analyze reports from the EHR system to support clinical and administrative decision-making
Assist with audits and assessments to ensure compliance with Federal, State and Municipal regulatory requirements.
Lead or participate in EHR-related projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, and integrations with other healthcare systems
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in technology or related field.
Experience with Electronic Medical Record systems, such as Credible, is preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and coordinate with other departments
Occasional local travel is required.
