As Assistant Manager, you assist the Store Manager with all aspects of running the store and act as the Store Manager in his/her absence. The Assistant Manager’s goal is to maximize sales and profitability while maintaining all company standards within the store.
What you’ll do as an Assistant Manager:
· Maximize sales and profitability through leadership and adherence to policies.
· Be a role model for guest service.
· Project a positive attitude and promote a friendly, team-oriented work environment.
· Be knowledgeable of all promotions, products, policies, and procedures and be able to effectively communicate them with other store employees.
· Lead by example and hold employees accountable to all truenorth standards.
· Assist the store manager with reporting, banking, and other management tasks.
