Job Description:

We are looking for door-to-door sales representatives with exceptional sales and communication skills to represent TrueSafe Renovations. The ideal candidates must be proactive, persuasive, and capable of closing sales at the customer’s doorstep. We offer a dynamic environment and the opportunity to earn significant income through performance-based commissions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct door-to-door visits in designated areas to introduce our roofing services and generate interest.

• Identify and qualify sales opportunities through direct interactions with potential customers.

• Schedule appointments for evaluations and follow-ups with our sales team.

• Provide detailed information about our services and address any questions from potential customers.

• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales outcomes in our CRM system (Job Nimbus).

• Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in door-to-door sales or direct sales, preferably in the home services sector.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly.

• Proactive attitude, motivation to achieve and exceed sales goals, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Availability to work flexible hours and in various locations as needed by the company.
