Description
The Facility Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine building and equipment maintenance tasks. Performance of building maintenance tasks in multiple fields (basic electrical, plumbing, drywall, paint, HVAC, carpentry, etc.) Performs equipment preventive maintenance and repair. performs general cleaning and other tasks as assigned. This is a full time, non-exempt hourly position, reporting to the District Operations Manager.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Compensation is based upon a combination of past work experience and education. This full-time position also includes an excellent benefits package as well as Paid Time Off (PTO) upon eligibility.
