TruFit Staffing is Hiring a CNC Router Operator Near Kent, WA
- Set up and operate CNC router machines to cut, shape, and trim materials as per job orders.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files.
- Load materials into the router and secure them properly.
- Monitor the machine during operation to ensure it is running smoothly and accurately.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the CNC router.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the machining process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Previous experience operating CNC router machines is preferred.
- Basic understanding of CAD software and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and precision.
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and techniques.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift materials as needed.
- On the Contract-to-Hire program, you will have access to our basic MEC plan
