- Perform on-site maintenance, modifications, troubleshooting, and repairs of automated storage equipment.
- Maintain positive customer relations through professional interaction.
- Manage inventory and spare parts in the service vehicle.
- Complete daily reports and monthly expense reports.
- Install rack and machinery as required.
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Vice President
- Compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the ability to obtain any necessary clearances or certifications related to ITAR is essential for this role.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with mechanical installation.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Valid driver's license and insurability.
- Ability to obtain necessary clearances, badges, Hayward Caand certifications for customer site access.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Word and Excel.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule, including frequent travel and potential for after-hours or weekend work.
