TruFit Staffing is Hiring a Lead Cable Harness Assembler Near Auburn, WA

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a qualified Lead Assembler to bring onto our client’s team in Auburn, WA. In this position, you will be responsible for meeting production goals by assigning workloads to production staff, collaborating with various departments, and resolving production issues as they come up. This is a contract-to-hire position.Compensation: $20 - $25/hr, DOESchedule: Monday - Friday, 7 am - 3:30 pm, OT as neededLocation: Auburn, WAResponsibilities:
  • Meet daily production goals by assigning reasonable workloads to Assembler team members
  • Collaborate with various teams and departments to resolve production delays
  • Observe output from production employees
  • Coach production staff in order to resolve any issues that they may encounter
  • Assist production staffing in assembling wire harnesses
Requirements:
  • Verifiable Lead Assembly experience
  • Be able to lift up to 10 lbs regularly
  • Be able to pass a drug screen
  • Be able to pass a background check
