Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Superintendent to join our team. This role requires a dynamic individual who excels in customer service, project management, and team leadership. As a Superintendent, you will oversee multiple residential job sites, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including subcontractors, suppliers, sales agents, and municipal officials, to deliver exceptional results on time and within budget. If you have a passion for construction, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply. This is a Direct-Hire position.Compensation: $75K - $112,500KSchedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pmLocation: Vancouver, WAResponsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer service through timely and effective communication.
- Schedule, manage, and motivate subcontractors and suppliers. Oversee residential job sites and supervise employees.
- Ensure high-quality products are delivered on time and within budget.
- Work with new home sales agents to enhance customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with building inspections and municipal requirements.
- Use creative thinking to solve problems and manage multiple priorities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with trade partners.
- Ensure projects stay on schedule and address issues promptly.
- Associate degree or equivalent experience; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3 years in residential construction.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Professional work style, strong work ethic, integrity, and reliability.
- Enthusiasm for new projects and learning.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to read blueprints and understand construction standards.
- Experience with building software (BuildPro is a plus).
- Job costing experience preferred.
- Rural lot development experience is a plus.
- Reliable vehicle required (vehicle allowance provided).
