This is an in-office position. The location is 1001 Semmes Avenue, Richmond, Virginia.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1. Transition transactional brokerage accounts to managed and managed accounts to transactional brokerage accounts while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and excellent service levels
2. Resolve issues and apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to meet the demands of the business
3. Research and resolve inquiries from financial advisors and other support staff
4. Aid with audit and compliance requests
5. Demonstrate initiative and commitment to continuous learning, and the ability to adapt to the changing demands of the business
6. Process and research return mail
QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training and work-related experience
2. Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:
1. One (1) year brokerage industry experience.
