The purpose of this role is to contribute to the development of sustainable solutions that advance Enterprise Technology (ET) operational performance by working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, utilizing strong analytics and data-driven problem-solving skills. Supports the ET Business Management Operations (BMO) team in developing a reporting roadmap, validating reporting, and providing analysis and insights. Works closely with key stakeholders to advance ET operational reporting management, tools and dashboards.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree and five years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. In-depth knowledge of principles, practices, theories, and/or methodologies associated with the professional discipline (e.g., information technology, project management, finance, risk management, etc.).
3. Understands foundational concepts of other related professional disciplines. Experience managing small projects.
4. Ability to interpret and explain complex information to a range of audiences and build consensus among different stakeholders. Ability to provide direction and mentor less experienced teammates.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience and understanding of data preparation and engineering fundamentals.
2. Prior experience developing executive management dashboards in Business Intelligence visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlik, or Microstrategy.
3. Experience defining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and related metadata such as business calculation definition and performance target.
