Marketing and Communications- Job Description - FLSA Classification- Exempt

Leading Title Agency in New York, NY is seeking an experienced Marketing and Communications professional to join our team. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Attention to detail, great communication skills (verbal and written) great organizational skills, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing plans and other marketing projects.
  • Lead the development of successful marketing strategy to effectively increase brand awareness and drive sales, using market research, product marketing, marketing communications, advertising and public relations, to ensure the organization’s message is distributed across channels and to targeted audiences, both inside our organization and outside.
  • Create marketing pieces including graphic design work.
  • Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy, platform determination, messaging, and audience identification.
  • Plan, create, publish and share new content on social media platforms, including LinkedIn, and Instagram to build brand awareness, increase followers, build meaningful employee and client connections, and encourages engagement.
  • Conduct market research and stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
  • Work with internal team to ensure content is informative and appealing.
  • Assist with Company website, graphic designs, and other tasks as needed.
  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content.
  • Collaborate with sales, and product development teams.
  • Capture and analyze the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and social media best practices to measure the success of every social media campaign, then use that information to refine future campaigns.
  • Contribute & manage Press Release process, write/create content as needed. 
  • Manage/oversee Constant Contact/iContact platform. 
  • Create PowerPoint presentations. 

General Description of Available Benefits for Eligible Employees of TIH:
