Responsible for providing analytical and administrative support on execution of divisional, group and team projects including but not limited to, performing reporting, analytics, insights and process reviews while also serving as a subject-matter expert for various bank and Wealth systems, products, services and processes. Participates in project management activities.This position will be required to sit in an assigned office location 4 days per week.

Develop and maintain periodic leadership reports and analyses related to business performance, system functionality, training, and/or departmental initiatives necessary to management. Serve as a subject-matter expert for assigned area around divisional products, services, systems and policies/procedures. Assist and collaborate in the various stages and phases of strategic planning and project management as needed on divisional initiatives, contributing meaningful insights. Conduct industry research and competitive analysis as needed. Continued focus on process improvement. Perform various administrative tasks such as creating presentations, organizing meetings, assembling marketing materials, etc. Assist with training staff on new processes, systems, programs, etc.
