The purpose of this role is to contribute to the development of sustainable solutions that advance Enterprise Technology (ET) operational performance by working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, utilizing strong talent, engagement, workforce knowledge and problem-solving skills. Supports the ET Business Management Operations (BMO) team with demand management, estimations and portfolio management which includes developing workforce labor plans, Organizational Engagement / Culture roadmaps, workforce metrics, and reporting insights for the Enterprise Technology. Works closely with key stakeholders to advance ET workforce management, tools and dashboards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time. 

1. Manage small projects/sub workstreams through end to end understanding requirements, monitoring, and prioritizing tasks and deliverables.

2. Collaborate with Enterprise Data Office partners inclusive of Data Delivery Managers on weekly review of demands and manage crucial processes in flight.

3. Provide advice to Estimation and Portfolio teams by providing clear guidance on objectives and project priorities, execution plans, analysis of downstream impacts and risks, escalation, and mitigation recommendations.

4. Display leadership by providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members and business partners to ensure PMLC and TDLC compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree and five years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 
2. In-depth knowledge of principles, practices, theories, and/or methodologies associated with the professional discipline (e.g., information technology, project management, finance, risk management, human resources, etc.).
3. Understands foundational concepts of other related professional disciplines. Experience managing small projects. 
4. Ability to interpret and explain complex information to a range of audiences and build consensus among different stakeholders. Ability to provide direction and mentor less experienced teammates.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Knowledge and understanding of demand and portfolio management.

2. Experience working in a banking or financial institution.

3. Understanding or exposure working with estimation teams.

4. Experience working with Clarity and ServiceNow.
