Please review the following job description:
Responsible for all non-technical activities within the Access Management organization to enable other IAM leadership full attention to technical activities. Duties include executing the organizations governance and reporting as it pertains to budgeting and forecasting across IAM, operational discipline routines, as well as workforce and vendor management. Role will also be responsible for the buildout and oversight of large offshore/outsourced technology processes & teams.
This includes a subset of the following sub-functions: a) strategic planning and implementation b) organizational design and role development c) organizational change management d) human capital management and forecasting e) cross-Truist stakeholder engagement f) service management maturity.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
  • Lead administrative support to enable the success of the Access Management team, managing the operating non-technical activities.
  • Develop and operate business management routines for the Access Management executive and leadership team, to proactively manage forecasting of full-time employee and contingent workforce, offshore/outsourced services, program improvements and department-wide initiatives.
  • Develop materials and communications, including training to inform, educate and influence C-Level executives across Technology and Business areas
  • Transform the business office team expanding services provided to further enable Access Management Operations Leadership.
  • Identify and/or manage process improvements to reduce costs or increase effectiveness of people and processes across IAM
  • Oversee strategic and operational plans in support of business objectives; develop cross-departmental, cross-CCS, cross-ET&O and cross-Truist business cases to solve problems by making technical and financial tradeoffs.
  • Participate in the implementation and maintenance of the IAM transformation strategy on time and within budget.
  • Optimizes use of Truist resources, as well as existing, evolving and new 3rd party relationships
  • Defines short, medium and long-terms roadmaps and funding requirements
  • Identifies 'if-then' scenarios as it pertains to financial forecasting
  • Enables the cross-CCS needs of Architecture, Cyber Assurance, Cyber Defense, GRC and D-CISOs
  • Stakeholder engagement plans for IAM, CCS, ET&O, Risk Partners, Reg Relations and LOBs
  • Accounts for the business needs, which includes, but is not limited to, Consumer, Wholesale, Insurance, Corporate Functions, Enterprise Data and Operations
  • Engagement with Corporate Communications and Human Resources to enable teammate and contract worker adoption and adherence to the core elements needed to protect Truist
  • Plan and manage initiatives with stakeholders to improve capability maturity
  • Organizational design and role development
  • Organizational change management
  • Human capital management and forecasting including ongoing change-the-bank financial reporting
  • Service management maturity
  • Operations and administration optimization
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 20 years of experience in financial services, large consulting firm or equivalent.
  • Functional and technical knowledge of cyber security capabilities with deep expertise in one or more of the following areas: Encryption, Data Security, Application Security, End Point Security, Identity and Access Management, Windows/Unix/Linux Systems Security, Mainframe Security, Perimeter Security, Network Security, Mobility Security, Cloud Security, Cyber Security, Cryptography, or Authentication Systems
  • Full understanding of service lifecycle management, strategic planning, and the cyber security landscape
  • Experience in building and providing oversight of offshore and/or outsourced technology processes and technical staff including adherence to contract requirements and performance measures.
  • Deep knowledge of US financial regulations and compliance requirements
  • Experience developing materials and communicating with financial regulators; US and International (UK and India)
  • Experience communicating complex technical concepts in business terms to C-Level executives: both verbal and written
  • Experience developing and operating management routines for executives and large organizations including process & control effectiveness and metrics (KRI/KPI)
  • Experience transforming teams and developing staff
  • Experience developing or reviewing large vendor proposals for complex IT services.
  • Large bank experience included their required risk management frameworks
  • Demonstrated ability in the identification and implementation of process improvements to drive financial and resource efficiencies.
  • Prior management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree
  • Deep experience in financial forecasting and budget to actual analysis
  • Activity based costing experience
  • Experience with Vendor management engagements including contract management and TPRM
  • Experience with program level delivery and project cost management
  • Experience managing contracts with managed service providers including management of SLAs
  • Experience with human capital and contingent workforce tools such as Workday and FieldGlass
  • Experience in waterfall and agile project management methodologies
  • CISM or other Information Security management certifications
