Truity Partners is supporting a manufacturing client in Sussex, WI with their search for an Accounts Receivable Specialist. This a temporary position, estimated to last 2-3 months, but could turn into a temp-to-hire career opportunity for the right candidate. Hours are 7:00am-4:00pm, and the role will be 100% onsite. Pay is estimated at $23.00 - $28.00 per hour with possible flexibility based on experience and qualifications.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collections
- Cash applications
- Invoicing and billing
- Credit management
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 2 years of prior accounts receivable, credit, or applicable experience required
- Manufacturing industry experience preferred
- Associates degree in accounting preferred, HS diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- ERP experience highly preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary
Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
