Our client is an organization in the Walworth County area looking for a Controller. This company is looking for someone with 4 years of accounting experience, has a high attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The salary range for this job is $110k-120k.

The Controller will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee all aspects of company’s financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Manage cash flow and treasury functions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and analyze results to provide insights
• Lead the annual budgeting processing, working with department leads.
• Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis.
• Prepare financial forecasts and update them regularly.
• Manage and mentor the accounting and finance team, providing guidance and support for professional development.
• Ad hoc projects as needed.

The Controller will possess the following:

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• 4 years of accounting experience.
• Epicor ERP experience preferred.
• CPA preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
