FP&A Manager (39799)

Our client is an organization in the Rock County area looking for an FP&A Manager. Our client is looking for someone with 5 years of experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a go-getter attitude. This company offers a fast-paced environment and room for advancement. This position is onsite, with the possibility of being hybrid after training.

The salary for this position is $115k 15% bonus.

The FP&A Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and lead the forecasting and budgeting process including coordination with other departments and teams.
• Responsible for weekly, monthly and quarterly variance analysis as well as providing recommendations to management for improvements in P&L, operating working capital and cash flow.
• Develop and implement improved processes and controls within finance as it relates to the financial planning & analysis role.
• Performs all aspects of the position according to the PCC Code of Conduct and SOX guidelines.
• Develop and implement plans for inventory counts.
• Provide required forecasting and business impacts on inventory management relating to working capital, LIFO, LCM, and FCA analysis.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.

The FP&A Manager will possess the following:

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA, CPA or CMA preferred.
• 5 years of experience within a public company environment.
• Understanding of Financial Accounting Standards (FAS).
• High level of self-motivation.
• Ability to travel within the US.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
