Truity Partners is supporting an organization in Waukesha, WI with their search for a Human Resources Generalist. This is a career, temp-to-hire, opportunity with 8:00am-5:00pm hours. The organization is open to a hybrid work schedule (2 days remote per week). Seeking someone with at least three years of HR experience specifically with benefits, employee relations, compensation and compliance. RESPONSIBILITIES

• HR Support & Compliance: Oversee all HR activities, including employee relations, total rewards, training, and compliance; ensure adherence to employment laws and company policies.
• Policy & Procedure Management: Annually review and recommend improvements for team member policies, procedures, and practices; communicate changes and ensure compliance.
• Leader & Employee Development: Collaborate with leaders to address team member matters; recommend and participate in staff career development to foster professional growth.
• HRIS & Reporting: Maintain HRIS (UKG) for data accuracy; generate reports and conduct audits as needed.
• Leave & Benefits Administration: Facilitate FMLA, Workers Compensation, and benefits coordination; assist with onboarding and respond to coverage questions.
• Other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• At least 3 years of previous HR experience with employee relations, compensation, benefits, compliance and talent acquisition.
• Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in the HR field), graduate degree a plus.
• Experience with UKG or other HRIS software systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour
