Truity Partners, LLC is Hiring a Human Resources Generalist Near Waukesha, WI

Truity Partners is supporting an organization in Waukesha, WI with their search for a Human Resources Generalist. This is a career, temp-to-hire, opportunity with 8:00am-5:00pm hours. The organization is open to a hybrid work schedule (2 days remote per week). Seeking someone with at least three years of HR experience specifically with benefits, employee relations, compensation and compliance. Our client is looking to start ASAP August, so please apply for immediate consideration!

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • HR Support & Compliance: Oversee all HR activities, including employee relations, total rewards, training, and compliance; ensure adherence to employment laws and company policies.
  • Policy & Procedure Management: Annually review and recommend improvements for team member policies, procedures, and practices; communicate changes and ensure compliance.
  • Leader & Employee Development: Collaborate with leaders to address team member matters; recommend and participate in staff career development to foster professional growth.
  • HRIS & Reporting: Maintain HRIS (UKG) for data accuracy; generate reports and conduct audits as needed.
  • Leave & Benefits Administration: Facilitate FMLA, Workers Compensation, and benefits coordination; assist with onboarding and respond to coverage questions.
  • Other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • At least 3 years of previous HR experience with employee relations, compensation, benefits, compliance and talent acquisition.
  • Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in the HR field), graduate degree a plus.
  • Experience with UKG or other HRIS software systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour
