Senior Billing Specialist (39093)

Our client is a global, prestigious professional services company looking to add a Senior Billing Specialist to their growing team. Act as an advisor to business partners, work closely with a supportive team, and lots of opportunity for growth and advancement!

COMPENSATION RANGE: $80k - $95k (depending on experience)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform daily activities of the billing function.
• Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and acceptance of invoices on a monthly basis.
• Assist with training and mentoring of new employees and less experienced staff. Effectively utilize billing assistants to create efficiencies within the billing department.
• Collaborate effectively with others within the billing team, finance team and other departments.
• Successfully manage the billing operations of the company's largest and most complex client relationships, involving intricate billing arrangements.
• Act as an advisory to their business partners on billing matters.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5 years of experience as a billing specialist in a law firm
• Ability to manage the largest and most complex billing arrangements
