Senior Manager of M&A and Due Diligence

Our publicly traded client is looking for a Senior Manager of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Due Diligence! Responsibilities

• Spearhead the financial and accounting due diligence of multiple M&A target companies
• Assess financial due diligence findings to identify key areas of accounting risk, as well as target’s legacy compliance with US GAAP
• High level of communication and collaboration skills with all internal and external partners
• Build strong relationships with the management teams of target companies to facilitate a successful transaction and knowledge transfer as part of the subsequent integration
• Assist and verify purchase agreement calculations for closing agreements
• Coordinate the execution of accounting integration activities from the M&A integration playbook, supporting multiple integration projects simultaneously

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• CPA required
• 7 years experience
• 5 years in TAS (transaction advisory services) or financial due diligence
• Public accounting start highly preferred
