Senior Manager of Due Diligence and Integration #39824

Our client is a large, multinational professional services organization in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago looking for a Senior Manager of Due Diligence and Integration to join their team! Responsibilities

• Spearhead the financial and accounting due diligence of multiple M&A target companies at any given time
• Work closely on financial integration plan and objectives
• Support review of due diligence financial data provided by target company
• Assess financial due diligence findings to identify key areas of accounting risk, as well as target’s legacy compliance with US GAAP
• Act as a subject matter expert in company-wide initiatives such as our new ERP system and other system initiatives
• High level of communication and collaboration skills with all internal and external partners
• Builds strong relationships with the management teams of target companies to facilitate a successful transaction and knowledge transfer as part of the subsequent integration
• Assists and verifies purchase agreement calculations for closing agreements
• Coordinates the execution of accounting integration activities from the M&A integration playbook, supporting multiple integration projects simultaneously

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required
• CPA required
• 7 years audit & financial due diligence experience; Big 4 public accounting start highly preferred
• Experience in software and professional services industries is a plus
• Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP
• Strong oral and written communication skills
