JOB SUMMARY
The IPM Lead will be responsible for overseeing, training, and efficiently running a team of employees with minimal presence of management.
This individual will audit pesticide logs and scouting reports for thoroughness and completion. They will hold their team accountable for meeting daily and weekly assignments.
The IPM Leads will report directly to the IPM Manager and keep them abreast of any potential pest issues that may arise at their site

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
reading, viewing a computer terminal, visual inspection involving small parts / details. Clarity of vision at 20 ft or more in day and night / dark conditions
Must be able to speak and communicate verbally at conversation levels with co-workers, vendors, etc. (Moderate noise)
Salary will be commensurate with experience. A comprehensive benefits package including paid time off is offered with this position.
This position will work an average of 40 hours per week and will be available after hours if an emergency situation should arise.
