Truly Nolen - One of the world's largest pest control companies with over 75 offices coast to coast and operating the states of Florida, Texas, Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada, Utah and California.
- Base Salary Guarantee - Plus Commissions
- Average First Year Earnings = $50,000
- Top Rep is making over $110,000
- Company Car / Cell Phone / Expenses & Travel Expenses

- Previous experience working with customers
- Enjoy working indoors and outdoors
- Valid CALIFORNIA Driver’s License with a Good Driving Record
- Agree to Criminal Background and Drug Testing
- Be able to work outdoors, climb ladders, and go into small spaces
- You will be selling residential pest control and termite services for the world’s largest family-owned pest control company.
- Targeting our ideal client base you will Prospect, Inspect, and Close new business.
- Prospecting for new customers to include pre-scheduled appointments and self-created leads, referrals, networking, and community involvement.
- You will be inspecting the customers' homes inside and outside, attics, and crawl spaces.
- Based upon your findings you will present a proposal outlining the services necessary to take care of the customer’s needs, closing sales, and achieving sales goals!
